Reclaim 30 · A 30-day program

Thirty mornings. One page each.

Reading brings you to understanding. Doing brings you back. Reclaim 30 is fifteen quiet minutes a day that close the gap between knowing what happened and actually getting yourself back.

Why it exists

I could describe my situation clearly long before I left it. Understanding changed nothing. I could explain exactly what was happening to me, and I stayed.

There's a gap between knowing and doing. Your mind can take in a pattern in one afternoon. The rest of you has been living inside it for years. No book closes that distance on its own.

So this is small. Deliberately small.

How it works

Every morning, the same four steps.

  1. Open one page

One new page unlocks each day. No catching up, no binge reading. Just today's.

  2. Listen or read

Four to eight minutes of audio, or the same words to read. Whichever your situation allows that morning.

  3. Answer one question

Privately. Nobody sees it, not even me. It's there so you can see your own words come back to you over thirty days.

  4. Do one small thing

A single action that takes a few minutes. This is the part that actually changes things.

Who it's for

This is for you if

  • You understand what happened, and you're tired of understanding being where it stops.
  • You want structure, but not a group, a coach, or a schedule you have to show up for.
  • You can spare fifteen minutes a morning, and you're ready to protect them.
  • You want to feel like yourself again, not just know why you don't.

Reclaim 30 starts from Chris Hale's own story of leaving a relationship that wore him down. It's personal experience, not therapy.

Day one is waiting

Fifteen minutes. Tomorrow morning.

Not a big commitment. Just one page, one question, one small thing. Then the next morning, the same.
